Roberto Matrone opened FRANKIE'S PICCOLO BISTRO in October of 2004,with the help of his sons Roberto Jr, and Anthony in Syracuse's "Little Italy". Today, FRANKIE'S PICCOLO BISTRO is recognized as one of New Yorks best restaurants.
Roberto Matrone, Jr began cooking at a young age, and left school early to pursue a career as a chef. After traveling the country for several years, he returned to Syrcuse to open his first restaurant with his father.
